Over the past several years, users of R.O. Writer^TM and the Accounting Link have requested that The Back Office design special reports to help them with some monthly accounting tasks.  In response to these requests, users may now download some of the most requested reports for free.  These custom reports are simple to install and come with instructions on how to use them.

PLEASE NOTE:  These custom reports are NOT covered by any R.O. Writer^TM or Back Office support agreements.  They are being provided for your use AS IS.

This custom report will allow you to print an Accounts Receivable Aging from R.O. Writer^TM  as of any date.  You can even go back and print an Accounts Receivable Aging as of a prior month end date.

Vehicle History Viewer

This custom application will allow you to look up the complete service history for a vehicle in R.O. Writer^TM.  You will be able to see all of the labor services provided as well as all parts put on the vehicle.  Built in search features let you quickly find a prior service provided or when you put a certain part on the vehicle.  If needed even print the history for the customer.

This custom report will allow you to print a Sales Tax Liability Report from R.O. Writer^TM  for any range.  Best of all this report can be printed either on the CASH BASIS or ACCRUAL BASIS.
